BELL RINGERS NEEDED

Wanborough and Liddington bell ringers are a small but active team and join in other ringing and social activities
with ringing friends from the
21 other towers in the Swindon Branch.

Some of us attend church services, some don’t, the choice is yours, and you do not have to be a member of the congregation to ring bells.  In fact, bell ringing is a truly international and sociable hobby as ringers are welcomed at most towers all over the world, in countries as far apart as France, Australia, New Zealand,
South Africa, the USA, and Canada.
It is superb physical and mental exercise.

If you are aged from 10 upwards, live in Wanborough, Liddington, Hinton Parva or Bishopstone,
and would like to try bell ringing,
please contact Tony Pullan,
Tower Captain. to arrange your
"have a go taster session"
which will include a belfry tour to see the bells

Or are you a lapsed ringer who is interested in
returning to ringing?

Learners Practices can be held at either
Wanborough or Liddington churches,
on a day and at a time that is convenient for learners.

Weekend, weekday, daytime and evening practices
are
available, including intensive training sessions.

Learn to ring a bell in a week!
